eStomi was formed after realizing the scarcity of genuine ITSM consultants in the market. It was also more to create a niche ITSM consulting organization, which didn’t seem to exist. We have been into this field for close to two decades, and yes, it made perfect sense to leverage our experience and trusted network.
Adapting to ITIL compliance has been a recent trend and hence, not many organizations are completely aware of it. eStomioffers a value addition in this space. Our goal is to help and provide professional guidance to such customers. We have an enriched set of ITSM consultants. We leverage the expertise of our consultant in AD4 (Architecture, Design, Development, Deployment and Domain) to provide a practical solution in the real sense, not just write code. That’s precisely why we do not merely hire developers, we either hire consultants or groom experts as consultants.
Our intent, to begin with, is to get like minded ServiceNow, Remedy and other key ITSM experts together to create a niche organization providing highly professional ITSM and BSM consultancy. We also offer consulting on OTRS, ManageEngine, iTop, ITRP and Wolken and will eventually start with other key ITSM solutions as well. We have been fairly successful so far and have carved a name amongst our customers. The idea is to expand this model to niche areas other than ITSM technologies. We have demonstrated our value addition by improving productivity, providing ROI (Return on Investment) and NPV (Net Profit Value) linked with the implemented solution to top management. Our attempt is to get eStomi and ITSM/BSM partner pronounced by our customers in the same breath.
